We offer all clients a comprehensive platform for community re-entry.
Our framework is made up of four areas:
1) Personal Assessment: resulting in goal setting for education and marketable trade and self sufficiency. Education assistance including GED and partnership with local technical college.
2) Job Training for highly marketable trades: Construction, Real estate, Property Management, Landscaping, Green Industry jobs
3) On-the-Job Training: via contracts, housing and emergency rehabilitation.
4) Transitional housing units: For the first three months of re-entry and first–time home buyer assistance for permanent affordable housing.
Our executive team strongly supports the intent of promoting confidence,
productivity and self-worth for these trainees at the community level. As a community-
based organization, our vision creates opportunity to develop a collaborative team of
associates, partners and alliances to achieve this worthwhile goal. While job
opportunities are vital to their success and societal re-entry, we also
layer additional strategic approaches such as job training, education, civic duty and
affordable housing to greatly enhance the transformation process of our clients.
